About Nikpol
Established in 1978, Nikpol began business selling timber kitchen doors under the unique vision of Nick Nikolakakis and his wife Poly. The first to stock solid timber doors in multiple sizes, Nikpol's innovative approach saved weeks off customer supply times. Leading to significant market success with over 150 sizes in 8 timber species. In 1990 the company pioneered vinyl wrap doors in Australia once again leading the way in cabinetry door production.
With the recruitment of Nick and Poly's first son, John and later Spiro into the company; Nikpol undertook substantial expansion into total kitchen solutions adding a wide range of hardware and post-formed laminate benchtop production. Having secured distribution deals with many of Europe's leading manufacturers including Alfit, Salice, Bosch, Grass and Egger; the Nikpol name has become synonymous with the best in European design and innovation.
Measuring up to that reputation demands a very special level of service and supply and Nikpol now employs over 100 staff and 21 specialist client consultants across four eastern seaboard locations and 20,000 sq metres of warehouse and office facilities. Ensuring that architects, cabinet makers and the general public all find inspiration and quality in every single product we sell.
