About Us:

Family - Owned company Nikpol, known for their on trend interior design products and finishes are looking for a motivated and detailed-orientated Junior Office Assistant to join our growing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring the workspace is organized and efficient.
• Help prepare reports and presentations as needed.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support team members with tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
