Delivery fees effective 1 May 2026:

Business Account Customers

• $57.50 + GST – Online orders delivered to a standard business address (with forklift access)
• $67.50 + GST – Non‑online orders delivered to a standard business address (with forklift access)
• $110.00 + GST – Site or residential delivery (no forklift access)

Retail Customers (Non‑Account Holders)

• $132.00 (incl. GST) – Standard delivery charge

These flat rates apply to metro Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

• Deliveries to residential addresses or locations without forklift access will be charged at the site delivery rate (for account customers).
• No fuel levies, variable surcharges, or minimum order fees apply.
• Delivery pricing is reviewed periodically.

If your delivery requirements fall outside these conditions, a Nikpol representative will confirm any applicable charges prior to dispatch.

If you are a Nikpol Account holder your normal payment methods are accepted. We also accept PayPal and Credit Card.
