Lead a Hands-On Operations Team in Our New Prestons Facility
Nikpol Australia is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse, logistics, and customer order fulfilment at our new Prestons location. This is an active, on-the-floor leadership role where you will work alongside the team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role
As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, supporting customer service functions, and ensuring the team meets daily performance, safety, and service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will actively participate in warehouse and logistics tasks while guiding the team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and work alongside warehouse and delivery staff in daily operations
Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, receiving, and stock control activities
Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
Support customer service and trade counter enquiries as required
Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of goods
Monitor workflow, priorities, and team productivity throughout the day
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and company standards
Assist with training, onboarding, and supporting team development
Liaise with sales, customer service, and management to ensure operational efficiency
What You'll Need
Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations environments
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
Current Forklift Licence (LF) (essential)
Strong understanding of warehouse and delivery operations
Hands-on, proactive leadership style with willingness to lead by example
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, inventory or order systems advantageous)
